\nEver keen to expand his horizons, he then went to the Atlantic Palace in Agadir, Morocco then in 2004 to French Polynesia as Regional Sales Director for Sheraton hotels in Tahiti and Mo’orea and the Luxury Collection in Bora Bora. He then helped with the opening of the St Regis in Bora Bora.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2009 Vincent opted for a change of scene, heading to the Mediterranean where he worked on the pre-opening of\u00a0 Starwood’s Costa Navarino Complex in Greece, before returning to Tahiti to lead the sales teams during the reopening of Le Meridien\u2019s hotels in Tahiti and Bora Bora after renovation work.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2015 he moved to Paris and joined PGP group, where he was Deputy General Manager , specialising in outsourcing housekeeping for low-cost and luxury hotels as well as Palace-grade establishments. And founded Luxe et Traditions Asset Management, a sales representation and hotel management company.<\/span><\/p>\n

She began her career in the world of travel agencies and tour operators, not only in France but also in New Zealand, London and French Polynesia where she lived on the island of Mo\u2019orea.<\/span><\/p>\n

More recently, she moved to Paris and worked for specialist tour operators such as Marco Vasco and Tiare Spirit. Maud\u2019s natural curiosity for life means her favourite thing to do is visiting new countries and exploring new cultures. She joined Hotels & Business at the start of 2020 and loves travelling around Europe as part of her work. She is in charge of marketing our clients to influencers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Olivier began his career as a call centre Supervisor and Trainer. He moved into hospitality and tourism via the HR departments at large groups such as Starwood, Hilton and more recently Mandarin Oriental. Having now been a Training Director for 10 years, Olivier develops a wide variety of training courses that enable employees to reach the highest levels of performance within the service sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Olivier works with Hotels & Business to oversee the training modules designed for hotels and hotel management schools. His passion: Opera and classical music.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
